While PDOs would not have to register, PDOAs and App Providers could do so for free through DoT’s online registration site (SARALSANCHAR; https://saralsanchar.gov.in). PDOs would not have to register either. Within 7 days of the application, registration will be given.
What are the Elements of the PM WANI Scheme

PM WANI Scheme in Madhya Pradesh

Submarine Optical Fibre Cable
Ravi Shankar Prasad also said that the Union Cabinet has approved the Provision of Submarine Optical Fibre Cable Connectivity between the mainland (Kochi) and Lakshadweep Islands (KLI Project). The goal of the project is to create a direct communication link between Kochi and 11 islands of Lakshadweep: Kavaratti, Kalpeni, Agati, Amini, Androth, Minicoy, Bangaram, Bitra, Chetlat, Kiltan, and Kadmat. This will be done through a specialized submarine optical fiber cable (OFC).
