Jaiswal was born on December 28, 2001, in Suriyawan, Bhadohi, Uttar Pradesh. He was the fourth of his parents Bhupendra Jaiswal and Kanchan Jaiswal’s six children. Bhupendra Jaiswal ran a small home improvement shop, and Kanchan Jaiswal was a housewife. At age 10, he went to Dadar, Mumbai, to train at Azad Maidan for cricket. Since Dadar was far from the field, he moved to the Kalbadevi neighborhood, where a dairy shop gave him a place to work even though he wasn’t very good at it.
He was yelled at by the store owner for a long time because he wasn’t much help at the store while he was getting ready for cricket. Since there was nowhere else to go, Jaiswal lived in a tent with the groundskeeper on the ground. He often passed out there and sold panipuri to make money the hard way.
